La Citadelle Royale de Hué

Bien chaussé avec nos nouvelles bottes de caoutchouc, nous nous sommes rendus à la Citadelle Royale à l’intérieur de laquelle se trouvent Cité impériale d’Hué (Hoang Thanh) et la cité pourpre interdite. La pluie a ses avantages: les touristes y sont moins nombreux et les couleurs s’intensifient. La beauté et la richesse de l’architecture étaient absolument fantastiques!

Well fitted with our new rubber boots, we went to the Royal Citadel inside which are the Imperial City of Hue (Hoang Thanh) and the forbidden purple city. The rain has its advantages: there were less tourists and the colors were richer. The beauty and details of the architecture was absolutely fantastic!
